Andy Murder was born in the city of Toronto, and at a very young age became fascinated with the arts, especially music. As he grew older, so did his passion for the culture, eventually leading him to start creating visual media. Beginning his career as a graffiti artist he quickly earned recognition amongst others in the industry, when he later plunged into portraiture; Murder then truly realized his love for the intricate and dove deeper
into the scene.
Spending six years producing oil and acrylic works as a portrait artist instilled in him a unique set of skills, and in 2014, Murder took another step forward by accepting an apprenticeship downtown Toronto. Becoming a full fledged tattooist in no time, Murder began his new career and knew he never wanted to turn back.
Focused on creating ; black and gray, colour portraits,
neo-traditional, and new school works, Murder is gaining on his goal to go out as one of the greats.
